Terms of sale.

The short version

• Classes and Tallykin are one-time purchases. Nothing renews.
• Full refund on a class within 14 days of buying, if you have watched 4 lessons or fewer.
• Full refund on Tallykin within 14 days of buying, and a refund on a gift code within 14 days if it has not been redeemed.
• What you buy is for you and your household, not for sharing or resale.

Buying

Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your full card number. If sales tax applies where you live, it is added at checkout. These terms work alongside our terms of use and privacy policy.

Classes

Each class is a self-paced set of recorded lessons with captions and a written version of every lesson. Lessons are written and reviewed by Matthew McArthur and narrated with an AI model of his own voice. We may improve, correct, or update lessons over time.

Lifetime access means you can watch a class you bought for as long as we offer it on this site, with no further payment. If we ever stop offering a class you bought, we will email you at least 60 days before your access ends.

Class refunds

Within 14 days of buying a class, you can have a full refund as long as you have watched 4 lessons or fewer. The free preview lesson does not count toward the four. To ask for one, write to us through the contact page from, or mentioning, the email address you bought with. A refund ends your access to that class.

Tallykin

The free Tallykin check-in needs only a parent account. The full program is a one-time payment for that parent account, with no subscription. Within 14 days of buying it, you can ask for a full refund through the contact page.

Gift codes

A gift code unlocks what it names for the account that redeems it. Gift codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. If a gift code has not been redeemed, the person who bought it can ask for a refund within 14 days of buying.

AI Pro

AI Pro is no longer sold.

Your license

A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use what you bought for yourself and your household. Please do not share your sign-in, download or record the videos, or pass on the lessons. Programs and organizations that want to use the classes with families can ask about a license.

Educational, not clinical

The classes and Tallykin are education about child development. They are not a screening, diagnosis, therapy, or medical or psychological advice, and they cannot promise a particular result for your child. See educational, not clinical.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
